We are located within Remedy Massage Therapy in Richmond, at the intersection of Garden City & Alderbridge Rd. Find it on Google Maps.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your appointment.
Please call 778-846-1992 or email info@versarehab.com to cancel.
At this time, we do not accept walk-in appointments. Please kindly book online to reserve your treatment session.
Check with your provider regarding your specific physiotherapy coverages. We direct bill to:
- ICBC
- Pacific Blue Cross
- Medavie Blue Cross
- Sun Life
- Manulife
- Canada Life
- And other insurance companies within Telus e-Claims
Note: We do not accept WorkSafe BC claims at this time.
- We take Visa, Mastercard or Interac (Debit Card) payments only.
- An electronic receipt will be sent to you by email. We do not print hard-copy receipts.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the affected area and is appropriate for exercise.
There is ample free parking at the complex. Please make sure you give yourself extra time when arriving during busy times such as lunch/dinner. There is extra parking in the parkade, which is located in the North-West corner of the plaza.

- Although it is not required, please kindly consider wearing a mask for your appointment.
- Your physiotherapist will always wear a mask during your appointment.
